Orvalaiz owns 300 hectares of wineyards distributed in Valdizarbe and Tierra Estella, the most reputed production subareas in the Denomination de Origen Navarra.
The distribution of grape varieties is as follows:
50% Tempranillo and 35% Cabernet Sa
uvignon, the remaining 15% includes Merlot, Garnacha and Viura.
Painstaking technical monitoring during the growth cycle ensures a healthy harvest initiated at the moment of optimal ripeness.
